Mythic Morsels is a Texas-based small business selling homemade horse treats.
Our products are not intended as supplements or as part of a balanced nutrient diet. They are to be used only as occasional treats.
Feeding amounts should be based on each individual horse’s needs. If you have questions about your specific horse, please consult your veterinarian.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
Product Use and Liability
All treats are made with care using ingredients generally considered safe for horses.
Every horse is different, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and introduce new treats cautiously.
Not Intended for Human Consumption. Our products are designed exclusively for equine use.
Mythic Morsels is not responsible for adverse reactions, misuse, or overfeeding of treats.
Always consult with a licensed veterinarian regarding your horse’s diet, health, or if you have concerns about feeding treats.
Orders and Payments
Orders are accepted through our online store.
Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity or error is suspected.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States.
Processing and delivery times are estimates only; Mythic Morsels is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
Once the order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of horse treats, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Custom Orders and Jars
Customized jars include one line of text as part of the base price.
Any additional customization requests may incur an additional fee.
Customers will receive an email within 2 business days of placing a custom order to confirm the design.
A digital proof will be provided, and once the customer approves the proof, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
In the event of a production error, refunds or exchanges will be offered at the sole discretion of Mythic Morsels on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, product images, etc.) is the property of Mythic Morsels and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
