Return & Refund Policy
Customized Jars are non-refundable unless there is a discrepancy in the customization from what was ordered; in such cases, we will issue a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Treats can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue with spoilage.
If your horse is a picky eater, please order our flavor sampling bag prior to purchasing a larger batch as refunds are not available except for the listed instances above.
