Mason Jars come with free permanent vinyl customization of your choice up to 25 characters. 

Logos/Images/Symbols or other customizations available for additional charge. If you want further customization please select the customization listing in the main menu. 

Customized Jars are non-refundable unless there is a discrepancy in the customization from what was ordered; in such cases, we will issue a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation. 

Treats can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue with spoilage. 

If your horse is a picky eater, please order our flavor sampling bag prior to purchasing a larger batch as refunds are not available except for the listed instances above. 

Jars will be shipped in secure packaging with adequate padding to ensure they arrive in good condition. Mythic Morsels is not responsible for damage from shipping or shipping delays. Mythic Morsels packages are always shipped with tracking numbers provided to the customer.
